Service Description
Your first Bowen session begins with a thorough consultation, where we take time to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. This allows us to tailor the treatment specifically to your needs. Gentle Bowen moves are then applied to support your body’s natural ability to reset, realign, and heal. This appointment provides both an introduction to the technique and a foundation for your ongoing care plan.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. As a courtesy we send out an SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time. If you need to cancel with less notice you have two options: send a friend or family member in your place, or pay 50% off the total amount. Please note, no-shows will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.
