Hi, I’m Kim, the heart behind Nirvana Wellness.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, my journey has taken me from New Zealand to London and aboard cruise liners—refining my skills across electrolysis, massage, Bowen therapy, and advanced facial treatments.

​

I originally trained as a beauty therapist at the National School of Aesthetics in Christchurch in the late 1980s and have continued to expand my knowledge ever since. Over the years, I’ve undertaken extensive post-graduate training, including massage therapy, Bowen Therapy, colonic therapy, and holistic health practices.

​

My passion for wellbeing deepened in my early 30s after experiencing my own digestive challenges while living overseas. That turning point led me to explore a more holistic way of living—one that looks beyond symptoms and supports the body from the inside out.

​

Today, my approach blends everything I’ve learned—hands-on experience, intuitive body awareness, and a deep understanding that our physical symptoms are often connected to emotional patterns and lifestyle. I’m passionate about achieving real, lasting results while supporting my clients to feel confident, balanced, and truly nurtured.

I have a genuine love for the treatments I offer—whether it’s electrolysis, Bowen Therapy, targeted skin treatments, or massage—because I see the transformation they bring, not just physically, but in how my clients feel within themselves.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me in my other happy place—spending time with my horses, enjoying liberty work, or out on the lake soaking up the beauty of where we live.
